Meet Your Hosts

Michael is from Llorente and loves to surf. He is a local fire and rescue worker and is married to Elaine. Together they have a son and daughter and they are resident on site at Tungkip House.

Elaine is from the nearby Barangay (village) of Bakayawan. She is a qualified teacher and loves her family. She is the creative force behind Tungkip House.

Aileen is born and bred in Llorente and loves life in Eastern Samar. She has travelled extensively and now spends a lot of time in the Middle East and the UK. However, Llorente is her home, and Aileen gets back here whenever she can.

Alastair is married to Aileen, and he lives and works in Saudi Arabia. Alastair is passionate about Tungkip House, his "Home away from Home", and loves to relax in the tranquillity of this peaceful haven, whenever he gets the chance.
