Terms and Conditions

Reservation Requirements:

A 50% down-payment is required to secure a reservation. This payment will be applied to the total cost of the stay.

Cancellation Policy:

· More than 7 days' notice - Full refund of the down-payment.

· 1-7 days' notice - 50% of the down-payment will be forfeited. The remaining amount will be refunded.

· Less than 24 hours' notice - The entire down-payment will be forfeited.

Changes to Reservations:

Any changes to the reservation, including dates or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms:

The remaining balance is due upon check-in. 

We accept payment in Cash, GCash, PayPal or bank-transfer to the account detailed below. In case of bank-transfer, the reservation is not confirmed until funds have cleared. 

Tungkip House B&B's Right to Cancel:

We reserve the right to cancel reservations if circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to honour the reservation. In case the reservation is cancelled by Tungkip House B&B you will receive a full refund.
